Apple 指出 iPhone 的玻璃是由康寧生產 -- 應該感到意外嗎？ Mar 4th 2012, 03:00 還記得 Apple 的工業設計 SVP Jonathan Ive 曾經指出 iPhone 4 所用的玻璃是由他們自家開發的，它比膠片堅硬 30 倍；只是，自家開發不等於不用找代工廠生產吧？至於該間代工廠的身份是誰一直是一個秘密，而現在終於有答案了。 在一個於 Apple 官網名為「Creating jobs through innovation」的頁面上，Apple 指出「位於肯塔基和紐約的康寧（Corning）員工為 iPhone 生產大多數的玻璃。」不過文中並沒有指出 iPhone 所用的就是有名堅固的 Gorilla Glass 呢。或許真的如 Jony 所說，玻璃所掛的是 Apple 的品牌，而康寧則真的只是為他們代工而已；所以代表著下一代 iPhone 也不會用上下一代的 Gorilla Glass？不過最奇怪的是，Apple 的 2011 年供應商列表中又不見有 Corning 的影子（囧），也許他們在 2012 年才開始合作吧？
